More than 1,000 children, not counting their parents and grandparents, visited the Star Furniture locations to meet SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer and have their pictures taken together. While in the store, they were also able to take part in face painting, balloon sculpting and refreshments and then enjoy a tour of the furniture collection and make sure their parents know what should be on those early Christmas lists!

SpongeBob and Dora were also able to make an appearance at the Texas Children’s Hospital where children had their pictures taken and received a SpongeBob pillow.
